Early goal by Matty P settled the teams nerves. The team kept their shape and played very good passing football despite this being their first competitive match together. Lots of chances created, that with more practice will be put to bed in future games.Man of Match to Matty P, a thorn in their side. Work rate excellent with no such thing as a 50 50 ball.All players and subs did themselves credit, work rate and effort could not be faulted. With a lot of stirling individual performances, however for the manager it was the team work and team performance that was most pleasing, especially as the team have only been together for a few weeks.
